Jack (G6-Unc)MATHERMATHER - JACK (G6-UNC). On January 7th, 2015. Peacefully, Jack, aged 88 years. Beloved husband of the late Sylvia, much loved dad and father-in-law of Glynn and Sharon, cherished grandad of Ben and David, doting great-grandad of Leah, brother and friend to many. He will be very sadly missed. Jack's Funeral Service will take place at 12.00 noon on Monday January 26th at Park Wood Crematorium, Elland, to which all are welcome.
